Chief Executive Officer
For the past nine years, Angel has acted as Chief Executive Officer to Coastal Family Health Center. During her tenure, Coastal has grown from 11 sites in 3 counties to 25 sites across 6 counties, and the organization has achieved behavioral health integration in 2013, EHR/EDR implementation in 2014, NCQA Level 3 PCMH recognition is 2016, merger with another health center in 2017, JCAHO accreditation for ambulatory care and behavioral health care in 2019, and increased revenues from $12M to $22M. Prior to her executive role, Angel served in various positions of increasing responsibilities including chief of operations and director of nursing. Ms. Greer is a long standing member of the Community Health Center Association of MS where she currently serves as President. Angel serves on various local councils and remains actively engaged in a variety of community groups. Ms. Greer also enjoys serving others through teaching and mentoring and community service.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Larry Knight has served as Chief Operations Officer for Coastal Family Health Center since 2013. He is a seasoned business and healthcare leader with more than 35 years of healthcare and business operations experience. As a leader in the community and a 20-year veteran of US Air Force medical services, he has served in pharmacy operations and management for 13 years and as a pharmacy educator with Master Instructor credentials for seven years. Since his retirement from the military in 2001, Mr. Knight has served as a small business owner and a Chief Operating Officer for a multi-site retail business. Mr. Knight also served as an operations business consultant for over three years, skillful in analyzing and developing business models for success. Mr. Knight holds Master’s degrees in both human resource management and accounting practices and principles.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Wendy Williams has been a provider at Coastal since 2009 where she is currently a pediatric provider at our Biloxi PEDs Clinic. She was appointed Chief Medical Officer in 2020. She is a 2001 graduate of the University of South Alabama and completed her residency there in 2004. She currently serves as faculty for William Carey College of Osteopathic Medicine as well as the Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. During her tenure at Coastal Family Health Center, she has been involved in several pediatric initiatives including most recently our Pediatric Obesity Initiative (MEND) and our Children and Youth With Special Healthcare Needs (CYSHCN).
Chief Financial Officer
Terry Lynn Terry joined CFHC in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. Terry is a CPA with more than 30 years of experience in finance and accounting. Her career has been very diverse, including auditing and tax in a public accounting firm, working on the technical staff of the Governmental Accounting Standards Board, non-profit accounting and real estate development for a state university, teaching for a private college and corporate finance for a publicly-traded company with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance responsibility. Originally from Virginia, Terry holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The College of William and Mary and a Masters in Accountancy from Missouri State University.
