LaKeshia Fisher, MS, LPC
LaKeshia M. Fisher is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) possessing over 10 years of significant and progressive experience working in the mental health and health-related field. She is experienced in working with adults, children, families, couples and military veterans to help alleviate life’s challenges and live a more fulfilling life.
LaKeshia likes to use an integrative approach to counseling in an attempt to best meet the needs of the client. The different intervention strategies allow patients to explore solutions to their problems versus focusing on their problems. Whether clients are navigating trauma, facing life transitions, or seeking personal growth, her role is to offer empathy, understanding, and evidence-based interventions tailored to the client’s unique needs. The multi intervention approach also helps to promote mental health, wellness and personal growth.
LaKeshia received her undergrad in Psychology from Philander Smith College in Little Rock, AR and her Masters in Counseling Psychology from Capella University, MN. When she is not working, she likes to spend quality time with her family and friends, travel, read and listen to music.
