About CFHC - School Based Health Program - Hancock County
At Coastal Family Health Center (CFHC) – Hancock County School District, we are committed to providing quality primary and preventive medicine in a school-based environment to ensure our students remain healthy. Our clinical care teams assess and treat an array of conditions from wellness exams to sick visits at no out-of-pocket cost to students or parents. We also provide care for faculty and staff at the various schools. Faculty and staff are responsible for their co-payments or are encouraged to apply for the sliding scale based upon eligibility.
