Financial Assistance Programs
Coastal Family Health Center accepts Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans. We believe everyone should have access to affordable healthcare, which is why we offer an income-based discount for patients who need financial assistance. This discount applies to all CFHC services. For example, someone earning $9 per hour may pay around $40 for an office visit (fees may vary). For questions, please contact our Accounts Receivable department at 877-374-4991.

Coastal Family Health Center, Inc. is a FTCA deemed facility. This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
