Financial Assistance Programs

CFHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurances. We believe everyone should be able to access affordable healthcare. We provide an income-based discount for patients who require financial assistance. This discount is available for all CFHC services. For example, if your hourly salary is $9.00 /hour, then you can expect to pay $40.00 for your office visit. Office visit fees may vary.
