Amanda “Amy” Freeman is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of experience caring for patients in primary care and urgent care.  She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi before completing her Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner training at the University of South Alabama.

Amy believes that quality healthcare begins with listening, building trust, and treating every patient with kindness, compassion, and respect.  She values partnering with her patients to help them make informed decisions about their health.  She enjoys caring for adult and pediatric patients and is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care that helps individuals and families achieve their best possible health.  

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family.  She has been happily married for many years and is the proud mother of 2 sons and “Mimi” to 3 grandsons.  In her free time, she enjoys making memories with her family and appreciates every opportunity to spend time together.
