Courtney Burns, FNP-C, is a lifelong member of the local community and a proud graduate of the school district she now serves. Before joining the Coastal Family Health team, she served as a Nurse Practitioner in George County for 11 years, providing care to local residents in family practice, pediatrics, and home health.

Deeply committed to giving back, Courtney values the opportunity to care for the people of her community—especially its schools. She is married to Kenneth Burns, a high school football coach for George County, and together they have three children. Outside of work, Courtney can often be found cheering on her kids at the soccer field, football field, or the dance studio. She enjoys vacationing, attending sculpt classes, and spending quality time with her family.
