Isa Caviness, MSW, LMSW is a Behavioral Health Specialist with more than 40 years of experience in social work across a wide range of clinical and community settings. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of West Florida and a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Southern Mississippi. Her background includes work in nursing homes, hospice, mental health centers, psychiatric hospitals, school-based services, and residential programs for children. She provides counseling for children, adolescents, and adults using evidence-based therapeutic interventions and has completed specialized training in the Gottman Method (Level One), Trauma-Informed Care, and substance use counseling, including court-ordered DUI programs.

At Coastal Family Health Center, she focuses on supporting clients experiencing grief, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. She values the organization’s professionalism and commitment to community care. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, family game nights, movies, reading, traveling, and being outdoors at the park or beach.
