Keith Alexander, Jr., MSN, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner with experience providing patient-centered care across diverse clinical settings. His background includes comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, ordering, and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. Keith’s practicum experience at Whole Family Care included delivering holistic primary care, performing therapeutic procedures, managing electronic health records, and ensuring accurate documentation. He also gained additional clinical experience through his work with Baptist of North MS and Medical Solutions as a Critical Care Nurse.
Keith earned his Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from Chamberlain University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from William Carey University, where he minored in psychology and served as SNA president. He is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and maintains active RN licensure and AHA Basic Life Support certification. He is dedicated to ethical practice, effective patient communication, and high-quality care in fast-paced healthcare environments.
