CFHC HIV Care/PrEP comprises a collaborative team of compassionate professionals, including infectious disease physicians, nurse practitioners, program managers, case managers, and outreach staff. The PATH (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis Access to Treatment at Home) program is Coastal Family Health Center’s new approach to prescribing PrEP once-daily pill that is effective in preventing HIV. The PATH Program connects you to one of Coastal Family Health Center’s providers without having to come into the clinic!
